Senior Law Day is Oct. 14, 2016, at the Charles Schwab & Co Events Center in Lone Tree. This educational program sponsored by the District Attorneys Office of the 18th Judicial District focuses on topics pertaining to legal, safety, and fraud awareness issues in later life. Seniors, family members, professionals in the field of aging; and individuals contemplating retirement are particularly encouraged to attend.
Registration is $10.00 and includes snacks, a box lunch, the 2016 Senior Law Handbook, and the opportunity to sign up at no cost for a private consultation with an attorney on a first-come/first-served basis. Medicare counselors also will be available to answer questions. Free parking/shuttle services provided to take participants between Cabela’s and Schwab.
